Do you know what keywords are and why they are important? Keywords are the words and phrases people use to find what they are looking for online.
If your website isn't coming up for the keywords you want to be found for, you are going to have to put in some real effort to change that. However, you may be able to get your website ranked for keyword phrases that have less competition and still get some business.
There has been a quite discussion as to whether call tracking really does affect business’ local search results. Though not a cut and dry issue, it does affect results for any of my local SEO clients that have tried it.
Consistency still plays an important factor. Since matching a business’s name, phone number and address is one of the most important indicators of consistency, having multiple phone numbers for the same business confuses the search bots and leads to a lower ranking. The more consistent the business is, the more likely its Google local listing will show up for relevant searches.
It should also be noted that, as clearly stated by the Google Places Policies, you should "not provide phone numbers or URLs that redirect or refer users to landing pages or phone numbers other than those of the actual business." Evidently, a call tracking number is not the number of the actual business and should avoid being used.
